    San Diego LISC is implementing its comprehensive community development program called NEIGHBORHOODS FIRST. The program will support affordable housing, retail development, family asset building, schools and education, and safety and health. Initially it will focus on two neighborhoods: Colina Park and Logan Heights. This video, made in conjunction with Youth Visions and the Media Arts Center, documents the planning process in these two neighborhoods. The film was screened at the San Diego Latino Film Festival in March 2009.
