BAME Renaissance CDC believes that one's inability to drive themselves shouldn't prevent them from living independently in their own homes. That's why we provide safe, reliable and timely transportation for seniors, veterans, low income and disable eligible in Greater Logan Heights and surrounding neighborhoods, to medical and other life-enhancing appointments and events through our community transportation program called CommConnect.

Schedule an Appointment:
To schedule transportation call; (619) 858-0563 or email during the hours of 9:00 am - 4 pm; Monday through Friday. Every effort will be made to accommodate trip requests; however, our schedule is consistently filled two weeks in advance. Please call 48 hours in advance to schedule transportation assistance.

Transportation is provided Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm
